In addition to music, Emanuel Caldwell is the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of the Men of Distinction Initiative Foundation (MODI), a national workforce development, STEM, entrepreneurship, leadership, and economic empowerment initiative designed to serve underserved, underrepresented, and marginalized communities throughout the United States.
MODI was created from the belief that the future of America depends upon investing in people. Through workforce readiness programs, technology education, leadership development, mentorship, entrepreneurship training, and community engagement, the Foundation seeks to create sustainable pathways toward opportunity and achievement.
